How to edit the amount of a deal after it has been created

How to change the Amount of a deal after it has already been created by editing the deal amount value in the deal itself.

The following knowledge base article will explain how you can search for a deal and edit that deal’s amount value after an initial amount value was given to it upon its creation.

Edit the amount of a deal:

1. On the top menu bar go to “Sales”, “Deals”.
2. In the top search bar, type in the name of your deal
3. Select your chosen deal to open up your deal activity screen.
4. On the top left next your deals’ name, click the little pencil icon
5. Here you can change your deal name and deal amount
6. Once done, click “Save”.
