How to include a link for contacts to unsubscribe from all emails

The following knowledge base article will explain how to include a link at the bottom of your emails allowing recipients to unsubscribe. It will help you stay compliant with local spam laws and improve deliverability.

 

Add "Unsubscribe" link to emails:

  1. In HubSpot at the top right click on your HubSpot profile icon.
  2. Under your name, select "Profile & Preferences".
  3. Scroll down and under CRM Communication, toggle the "Include a link to unsubscribe from all emails" button to on.
